Our journey

LEAP was founded in 2020 on a clear conviction: the future of organisational performance is inseparable from AI, and the gap between AI's promise and its practical value can only be closed through disciplined execution.

We started as a team of Saudi engineers, researchers and strategists who saw organisations across the Kingdom and the region facing the same challenge — not a lack of interest in AI, but a lack of structured pathways to adopt it responsibly and effectively.

From our first projects, we chose to focus on outcomes rather than hype. We built training programmes anchored in real workflows. We designed AI deployment frameworks rooted in governance and scalability. We partnered with organisations to transform whole workforces — not just innovation labs.

One of our flagship engagements was a comprehensive Generative AI and prompt-engineering training programme at Samsung Saudi Arabia, where we equipped more than 250 specialists to move from ad-hoc AI use to a disciplined, structured methodology. That partnership did not just close a skills gap — it redefined how the organisation treats AI as a core capability.

Community impact

We believe AI should not be the exclusive privilege of large enterprises. From the start, LEAP has been committed to widening access to AI knowledge, tools and opportunities across the community.

Student training and academic development

We host university students in practical training programmes that span the company's different departments — from research and analysis, to development, through to operations — and involve them in a full delivery cycle on real client projects, so they graduate with field experience that cannot be earned in classrooms.

Non-profit applications

We deploy our technical capabilities to develop applications that serve real community needs — from tools that improve access to healthcare, to solutions that support efficient delivery of public services. We work with non-profits to build sustainable systems that create tangible impact in beneficiaries' lives.
